Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples has been an American actor and singer for more than a decade. She has received best-recognition for her performances in Nashville, the 2012 drama in which she played Layla Grant. She also won the award in Sharknado 2013 where she portrayed Claudia Shepard. She played the leading role Jerrica Jem Benton in the movie of 2015 Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary in Florida with the mother and father Wendy as well as Ashley. There is also an older sister named Ally. Aubrey was an actor with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her growing up. She graduated Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she delivered the valedictory of the 2012 class. Harvard University initially accepted her application, but later agreed to let her into the university for a second entry because she was cast in 'Nashville'. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally 2011 Grey's Anatomy (2005), and was a regular character on Necessary roughness (1991). Peeples was a part of the made-for television movies Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. The actress was cast in a major recurring role in a second season of the show drama Nashville where she played Layla Grant. Peeples admitted to having bipolar disorder when she spoke in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire identified Peeples among the most talented actors who is under 20 in September of 2014.
